This Presbyterian worship community’s mission is to live and function as the body of Christ. In addition to their Sunday services, they have weekly prayer services on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at both 9:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. that focus on meditation. There are many ways to connect and serve within the church and Bible classes are offered for both children and adults.

4.) Sunrise Community Church

Sunrise Community Church is a Christian community that believes all differences and diversity should be praised. As a result they do not discriminate against any race, faith belief, or class. The church’s chief mission is to live out Jesus’ love through service,  which it does through many ministries it supports that involve helping the homeless and planting new churches. Sunrise also offers intimate small groups that focus on community, as well as learning new scripture.

5.) Crossroads Community Church

This diverse community is all about proclaiming the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ to those around the world. Each worship service is an hour and a half long with a focus on worship, prayer, and communion. The church also has a large student ministry for those in 6th – 12th grade with many opportunities for kids to get involved within the church body. This is a great church for those with teenagers who need a place to get plugged in.
